Warranty and Returns
We offer a one year warranty that covers manufacturer defects on parts and functionality. If your OneClock isn't looking or working how it should, we'll cover the cost of replacing or repairing it, as well as any associated shipping costs. To request a warranty exchange, click here.
30 DAY RETURNS
If you're not head-over-heels in love with your OneClock, we accept returns for a refund within 30 days of your order date. For 30 day returns, customers are responsible for calculated return shipping costs (via UPS), which are automatically deducted from the total refund.
To be eligible for our 30 Day Return, your clock must be in like new, resalable condition with all original packaging. If your OneClock arrives damaged or missing any parts, your refund request may be denied, and the clock returned to you. To request a 30 day return, click here.
