Returns And Warranty

If you're not thrilled with OneClock for any reason, we'd be happy to help you out:

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of orders placed on our website for items purchased after November 22, 2021.

To help with the holidays, purchases made between November 22, 2021 and December 15th, 2021 will be eligible for return to OneClock by January 15th, 2022.

Clocks must be in like-new condition and returns will only be accepted in original packaging for a full refund. If your OneClock arrives damaged or without all accessories, you are eligible for a 50% refund. 

To begin a return, email us at hello@oneclock.co and share your order confirmation number, purchase date and email used for your purchase. 

A few things to know:
Shipping fees and taxes paid are not refundable and customers are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges. We recommend that you use a tracking service for your protection against loss or damage.

WARRANTY POLICY
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects on parts and functionality. Just send an email to hello@oneclock.co describing your problem. Photos and/or videos are helpful as well. We’ll either send you a replacement or figure out a way to make things right.
