Returns And Warranty
If you're not thrilled with your OneClock for any reason, we'd be happy to help you out.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of orders placed on our website.
Clocks must be in like new, resalable condition and returns will only be accepted in original packaging for a full refund. If your OneClock arrives scratched, scuffed, stained, or without all accessories, the refund will be reduced by 50% of the retail price.
To begin a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and share your order confirmation number, purchase date and email used for your purchase.
Outbound shipping fees and taxes paid are non-refundable and customers are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges. We recommend that you use a tracking service for your protection against loss or damage.
Our 1 year warranty covers manufacturer defects on parts and functionality. Just send an email to email@example.com describing your problem, along with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll either send you a replacement, provide repair service, or figure out a way to make things right.
