If you are experiencing issues with your alarm not working, your clock probably needs a music update. Click here for detailed instructions on how to perform a remote update at home.
We offer a one year warranty that covers manufacturer defects on parts and functionality. If your OneClock isn't looking or working how it should, and you're located in the lower 48, we'll cover the cost of replacing or repairing it, as well as any associated shipping costs. For clocks that are out of warranty or overseas, we offer repairs in our Boulder workshop.

30-Day Returns
If you're not head-over-heels in love with your OneClock, we accept returns for a refund within 30 days of your order date. For 30-day returns, customers are responsible for calculated return shipping costs, which are deducted from the total refund. Refurbished clocks are not eligible.
For 30-day returns, your clock must be in LIKE NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If your OneClock arrives scratched, scuffed, or missing any parts, your refund request may be denied, and the clock returned to you. (In other words, we are not Amazon).
